The land management services subject is the development of land management documents (engineering documentations, land allocation) including a necessary documents list such as regulatory, economic and technical documents requested for legal and land use foundation on the possibility of granting, transfer, redemption, alienation, change of designated purpose, association or division of land plot determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.

Land management projects
- The copy of the legal application (statement) for the developmental permission of land management project on land allocation (in case of forming and/or changing designated purpose of land plot on account of the state or municipal property lands).
- Decision of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, relevant executive power body or local government administration for developmental permission of land management project on land allocation (in cases provided by the law).
- Graphical materials with the desirable location with the land plot size is not less than 1:2000.
- The topographical plan scale 1:500 with the lot lines drawing including surface mounted and underground services, building lines.
- The notarized written consent of land user on taking away the land plot/part of land plot, on termination right to use land plot/land plot part, on termination of land lease agreement given in the manner required by law.
- The certificated copy of the documents in the manner required by law establishing the right to real estate property located on the land plot.
- The copy of the technical inventory materials of real estate property, if there are located on the land plot, certified by seal and signature of the head of concerned person (excluded the state and utility enterprises).
- The copies of the documents certificating the right to use the land plot (upon the existence).
- The copies of the constituent documents certified by seal and signature of the head of concerned person (for legal entities), an extract of Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs (for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs), the copy of the certificate on assignment of identification tax number (except persons who on religious or other belief have refused to accept an identification tax number, have officially reported about it relevant executive power body and have a corresponding mark in the passport of a citizen of Ukraine), for the citizen of Ukraine – the copy of the document proving the identity and the copy of the certificate on assignment of identification tax number (except persons who on religious or other belief have refused to accept an identification tax number, have officially reported about it relevant executive power body and have a corresponding mark in the passport of a citizen of Ukraine).
- The copies of decisions of the authorized bodies for land plot assignment for use purpose. The inquiry of Department of Urban Development and Architecture for absence the corresponding land plot at the archival land allocation documents before putting the Land Code of Ukraine of Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic (Ukrainian SSR) into execution, are required in case of land user absence.
- The warrant of attorney or its copy certified in the permitted manner which is the subject for presenting the applicant interests by the person, authorized to represent or act on behalf of other person (in case if the legal application is filed by the representative).
Engineering documentation on land management
- Graphical materials with the desirable location with the land plot size is not less than 1:2000.
- The copies of passport data and an identification tax number (the warrant of attorney is required if the documents are filed by attorney).
- The copies of the documents establishing the right to the building (technical certificate for residential premises + the summary of information from State Registry of Real-Estate Property Rights, notarized copy of legal status documents of the real estate property objects).
- The copies of decisions of the authorized bodies for land plot assignment for use purpose. The inquiry of Department of Urban Development and Architecture for absence the corresponding land plot at the archival land allocation documents before putting the Land Code of Ukraine of Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic (Ukrainian SSR) into execution, are required in case of land user absence.
Required documents for physical entities:
- The copies of passport data and an identification tax number (the warrant of attorney is required if the documents are filed by attorney).
- The copies of the documents establishing the right to the land plot.
- The copies of the documents establishing the right to the building (technical certificate for residential premises + the summary of information from State Registry of Real-Estate Property Rights, notarized copy of legal status documents of the real estate property objects (buildings, constructions)).
- An extract of the State Land Cadastre on land plot (for total land plot area).
- A list of rights encumbrances for land plot (the summary of information from State Registry of Real-Estate Property Rights and Registry of Rights to Immovable Property, State Mortgage Register, Unified register of bans on real estate alienation (for total land plot area).
- The technical feasibility conclusion of real estate property division.
- The duly certified copies of the incorporation documents.
- The duly certified copies of the chattel paper.
- The copies of the documents certificating the ownership right on land plot or the right to use the land plot.
- The copy of the permission for land plot division.
- An extract of the State Land Cadastre on land plot.
- A list of rights encumbrances for land plot, the restrictions related to land objects use as the easement (the summary of information from State Registry of Real-Estate Property Rights on this real estate property/properties).
- The copies of the constituent documents certified by seal and signature of the head of concerned person, an extract of Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs.
- The copies of decisions of the authorized bodies for land plot assignment for use purpose. The inquiry of Department of Urban Development and Architecture for absence the corresponding land plot at the archival land allocation documents before putting the Land Code of Ukraine of Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic (Ukrainian SSR) into execution, are required in case of land user absence.
- The summary of information from State Registry of Real-Estate Property Rights and/or notarized copy of legal status documents of the real estate property objects (buildings, constructions). The inquiry of the company accounting for the assets (are required in case of absence of the registered rights to real estate property).
- The copy of the technical inventory materials of real estate property.
- An extract of the State Land Cadastre on land plot (regular cadastral plan).
- An extract of the Urban Development and Architecture Cadastre.
- The certificate of no arrears in the payments of taxes for land plot.
- The topographical plan scale 1:500 with the lot lines drawing including surface mounted and underground services, building lines.
- An extract of the State Land Cadastre on land plot confirming data availability on land plot in the State Land Cadastre.
